Long before starting the business professionally, both Seb and Lee found themselves constantly cleaning, restoring and improving the environments around them, whether at home, at work or outdoors. We’ve always believed that clean spaces create a calmer, more enjoyable way to live.

What started as a strong work ethic and attention to detail gradually developed into professional residential and commercial cleaning work, where we learned the importance of reliability, consistency and respecting people’s homes and workplaces. Working inside people’s personal and professional spaces taught us a lot about communication, trust and care. Every property is important to the people who live there, and we’ve always approached our work with that understanding.

Over time, we naturally found ourselves drawn more toward exterior cleaning and outdoor restoration. Living and working on the Surf Coast, we saw how heavily coastal conditions impact homes and outdoor areas. Salt air, moisture, mould, dirt, algae, UV exposure and harsh weather conditions all take a toll on exterior surfaces over time. Outdoor areas that should feel relaxing and enjoyable can slowly become weathered, slippery, stained or difficult to maintain.

Today, we are a fully professional residential exterior cleaning company specialising in window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior house washing, driveway and patio cleaning, and deck cleaning, restoration and oiling services.
