For exterior window cleaning, we generally recommend every 3–6 months, particularly for coastal properties exposed to salt, wind and weather. Interior windows typically don’t need to be cleaned as frequently and can be done according to your preference and the needs of your home.
An exterior-only clean usually takes about two hours. An interior + exterior clean takes approximately four to six hours, depending on the home size and window type.
Yes. Interior windows are cleaned by hand using soapy water with dishwashing soap. French panes take significantly longer because each pane is cleaned individually, which is why interior French pane cleaning can run two to three times the cost of cleaning the exterior of the same windows.
Not always. If we have safe and suitable access to the property, we can often complete the service while you’re away.
Yes. We offer flyscreen cleaning and window track cleaning as additional services for an extra charge. If you’d like either service included, just let us know when requesting your quote and we’ll include it.
No. Around 90% of our residential window cleaning quotes are handled remotely using Google Earth, Google Street View, real estate listing photos, or photos you send through. If you’d prefer an in-person quote, we offer them free of charge in our local surf coast service area.
